Rules and Regulations

Children who have completed 3 and 4 years in July will be admitted in L. K. G and U. K. G respectively. Birth Certificate in original has to be submitted at the time of admission. Fees once paid will not be refunded.

No pupil shall absent himself without prior permission. In cases of sudden illness, a leave letter should be submitted on the date of joining. Attendance is compulsory on every reopening day.

a. Cleanliness and neatness are essential.
b. Pupils must be in school before the first bell at 8.40 am.
c. Pupils should not wear costly ornaments, should not bring mobile phones or valuable articles to school.
d. Gifts or presents to teachers is strictly forbidden.
e. Pupils should not scribble on the walls, and furniture, spill ink, throw in the classroom or in the compound. Dustbins are to be used for the purpose. Damage to the school property is punishable.
f. Pupils are expected to take part in games and other extracurricular activities.

a. A minimum of 90% attendance is requires for promotion to the next class.
b. As the continuous comprehensive evaluation is being introduced by the Government, the child’s daily performance is very important.

a. The school fees must be paid before the re-opening of the school (1st June 2019).

a. Maximum co-operation from parents is requires for the all-round development of their wards.
b. Parents / Guardians will not be allowed to meet their children during the school hours without the consent of the Principal.
c. In case of reasonable complaints, the Principal should be contacted.
d. children who are ill should not be sent to School.
e. Parents should keep a close watch on their children’s progress. Test marks should be examined and parents must help then to improve in their weak subjects.
f. Parents should go through the handbook daily for remarks, information etc.
g. Parents are requested to meet the child’s Class Teacher on the days of parent Teacher Meeting. The dates of Parent Teacher Meeting shall be announced from time to time. The office will remain open for public dealings from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm. The Principal is available during the period on prior appointment. The communications with the school authority / teacher should be done through the student’s hand book.

a. Students are expected to be courteous, gentle and polite always.
b. Students should be Eco friendly. Preservation of plants should be strictly practiced inside the school campus.
c. Irregular attendance, dis-obedience, disrespect and any other reprehensible behhaviour may entail dismissal of a student’s from the school.
